Sephora Loss Prevention Agent

- Safeguard store assets against theft through surveillance and the use of CCTV systems.
- Collaborate with the Leadership team to uphold operational controls and minimize shortages.
- Ensure adherence to Sephora policies and legal protocols regarding apprehensions and evidence preservation.
- Draft detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
- Cultivate professional relationships with internal partners, law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
- Provide testimony in court proceedings as required.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing employee education to enhance loss prevention awareness.
- Perform store self-audits, safety inspections, and communicate findings to the Leadership team and District Loss Prevention Manager.
- Assist in inventory preparation and collaborate on shrinkage prevention strategies.
- Minimum of one year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail setting.
- Fulfillment of all licensing requirements as mandated by provincial or local jurisdictions.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching on loss prevention techniques.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to work at multiple locations within a market.
At least one year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment is required.
High School diploma or equivalent.
