Sephora Logistics Methods Manager

- Define and enforce Sephora Europe's logistics standards across retail and eCommerce processes.
- Monitor performance with various service providers in collaboration with local teams, focusing on capacity, financial, and logistical parameters.
- Participate in strategic planning and roadmap development for logistics and sustainability initiatives.
- Execute validated logistics roadmap, including leading warehouse tenders to contractualization with local logistics organizations.
- Establish project tracking points and associated communication for initiatives until transition to project managers or operational teams.
- Ensure monitoring of defined indicators in tenders, participate in QBRs, and oversee logistics aspects of other roadmap projects.
- Identify risks associated with initiatives and propose solutions.
- Identify improvement areas and launch initiatives in project mode, in collaboration with local teams.
- Lead the European Logistics community to promote best practices, including leading the annual 'Log & Transportation Academy' training.
- Manage a Methods Project Manager and an intern hierarchically, and functionally manage teams involved in projects.
- Identify impacts on businesses and organizations from implemented projects and implement associated change management plans.
- Master's degree from an engineering school or university in Supply Chain.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a similar role or operational logistics function.
- Clear communication of initiatives, processes, and objectives.
- Ability to prioritize, resilience, and dynamism.
- Project management in complex environments with numerous influential stakeholders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborative, team-oriented, business and results-focused.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in logistics, with a proven track record in methods or operational roles.
Master's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
