Sephora Logistics Methods Manager

1. Define and enforce Sephora Europe's logistics standards across retail and eCommerce processes.
2. Monitor performance with various service providers in collaboration with local teams, focusing on capacity, financial, and logistical parameters.
3. Participate in strategic planning and roadmap development for logistics and sustainability initiatives.
4. Execute validated logistics roadmap, including leading warehouse tenders to contractualization with local logistics organizations.
5. Establish project tracking points and associated communication for initiatives until transition to project managers or operational teams.
6. Ensure monitoring of defined indicators in tenders, participate in QBRs, and oversee logistics aspects of other roadmap projects.
7. Identify risks associated with initiatives and propose solutions.
8. Identify improvement areas and launch initiatives in project mode, in collaboration with local teams.
9. Lead the European Logistics community to promote best practices, including leading the annual 'Log & Transportation Academy' training.
10. Manage a Methods Project Manager and an intern hierarchically, and functionally manage teams involved in projects.
11. Identify impacts on businesses and organizations from implemented projects and implement associated change management plans.

1. Master's degree from an engineering school or university in Supply Chain.
2. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a similar role or operational logistics function.

4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
5. Collaborative, team-oriented, business and results-focused.
6. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in logistics, with a proven track record in methods or operational roles.

Master's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
