1. Supervise end-to-end e-logistics operations, ensuring efficient product flow between warehouses, carriers, and digital platforms.
2. Coordinate and optimize omnichannel logistics operations for both B2C and B2B, maintaining high efficiency and service quality.
3. Oversee technological integration of logistics systems, including ERP, WMS, and e-commerce platforms.
4. Collaborate with internal Category Management and Digital teams to ensure product availability and visibility.
5. Manage relationships with logistics providers, warehouses, and carriers to meet deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
6. Analyze performance indicators and prepare reports to propose continuous improvement actions.
7. Ensure regulatory and operational compliance throughout the supply chain.
8. Lead technological innovation projects to enhance logistics efficiency.
9. Develop and motivate the logistics team, fostering collaboration and operational excellence.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
2. University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
3. Advanced knowledge of e-commerce platforms, logistics tools, and data analysis.
4. High proficiency in English, with testing required.
5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems such as SAP and WMS.
