Sephora Logistics Manager

- Supervise end-to-end e-logistics operations, ensuring efficient product flow between warehouses, carriers, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate and optimize omnichannel logistics operations for both B2C and B2B, maintaining high efficiency and service quality.
- Oversee technological integration of logistics systems, including ERP, WMS, and e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with internal Category Management and Digital teams to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Manage relationships with logistics providers, warehouses, and carriers to meet deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
- Analyze performance indicators and prepare reports to propose continuous improvement actions.
- Ensure regulatory and operational compliance throughout the supply chain.
- Lead technological innovation projects to enhance logistics efficiency.
- Develop and motivate the logistics team, fostering collaboration and operational excellence.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of e-commerce platforms, logistics tools, and data analysis.
- High proficiency in English, with testing required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems such as SAP and WMS.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable conclusions.
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to prioritize and solve issues in demanding environments.

Minimum of 5 years in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations, including 2 years in a leadership role.
