1. Perform in-store beauty services such as makeup application, waxing and false-lash application in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
2. Drive sales and appointment rebooking by delivering personalized consultations and recommending products and services tailored to client needs.
3. Maintain active licensure and adhere to all hygiene, health and safety protocols for services provided.
4. Support store performance goals through reliable attendance, flexible scheduling including nights/weekends/holidays, and accomplishment of individual targets.
5. Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold Sephora’s retail standards and customer service policies.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application in the state where services are performed.
2. 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or service environments (entry-level candidates with relevant training may be considered).
3. Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships; strong product knowledge across makeup and skincare.
4. Availability for required minimum weekly shifts and peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays); punctuality and consistent attendance.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties that require extended periods of standing.
