1. Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s service menu.
2. Consult with clients to assess needs, recommend products and services, and deliver personalized routines that drive product sales and rebook future appointments.
3. Achieve individual and store sales targets through service bookings, product knowledge, and proactive client engagement.
4. Maintain active licensure, comply with health and safety protocols, and uphold salon hygiene and sanitation standards.
5. Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture by supporting colleagues, sharing product knowledge, and adhering to company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash services in the state where services are provided.
2. 1–3 years of experience in a beauty‑service, retail, hospitality or client‑facing role.
3. Demonstrated expertise in current beauty trends, product knowledge and service techniques.
4. Ability to meet scheduling requirements for a part‑time role, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and hands‑on service tasks.
