1. Deliver professional beauty services per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash services.
2. Provide personalized client consultations to assess needs, recommend products and rebook services to drive sales and loyalty.
3. Meet store performance goals through service revenue, product sales and client retention activities.
4. Maintain active licensure and adhere to health, safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
5. Promote an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and support store standards, policies and a safe shopping experience.
6. Work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays and meet the minimum weekly shift/hours required for the role.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application in the state of employment.
2. 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
3. Demonstrated product knowledge across skincare, cosmetics and beauty tools and the ability to educate clients.
4. Proven aptitude for delivering personalized service, building relationships and achieving sales goals.
5. Team-oriented, reliable and punctual with the ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties that require standing for extended periods.

1–3 years' experience in a similar role or within retail, hospitality, or other client-facing service environments; prior beauty-service delivery is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; valid state cosmetology/esthetician license required.
