- Deliver professional beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false eyelash application and other Beauty Studio offerings) according to Sephora’s service menu.
- Drive sales and appointment rebookings by recommending products and services tailored to client needs and preferences.
- Educate and advise clients on product selection, application techniques and current beauty trends to build long-term relationships.
- Maintain active licensure, adhere to local health and safety regulations, and uphold rigorous hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture and assist in achieving store goals and KPIs.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure and positive shopping experience for all guests.
- Meet required weekly shift commitments and be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup and false eyelash services in the state where services will be performed.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
- Demonstrated product knowledge and familiarity with current beauty trends and techniques.
- Proven ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting client relationships.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays and strong punctuality.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1–3 years of client-facing experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a comparable service environment; demonstrated track record of delivering personalized service and meeting sales objectives.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetician or related certification preferred where applicable.
