Sephora Licensed Beauty Advisor

- Deliver professional in‑store beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false lash application and other services on the Beauty Services menu) to meet guest expectations and safety standards.
- Drive retail results by recommending and selling products, rebooking beauty services, and converting consultations into purchases.
- Maintain active licensure and uphold rigorous hygiene, health and safety protocols for all services.
- Provide personalised client consultations, educate guests on product regimens and trends, and build lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with store teammates to foster an inclusive, service‑driven environment and support store operational standards.
- Active state license enabling provision of waxing, makeup and false lash services in the state of employment (required).
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty‑services role or in retail, hospitality or client‑facing service environments.
- Demonstrable knowledge of beauty products, techniques and current trends.
- Ability to meet Sephora scheduling requirements, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays, and the minimum weekly shift threshold for part‑time roles.
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
