1. Provide and rebook beauty services to achieve store goals.
2. Perform makeup, waxing, and other beauty services as per Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies to create a safe shopping experience.
7. Meet required minimum weekly shifts and be available during peak retail operations.

1. Active license to provide beauty services in the state of operation.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team player with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

$24.00 - $29.40 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
