Sephora Licensed Beauty Advisor

- Deliver in‑store beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false eyelash application and other services from the Sephora Beauty Services menu) with professional technique and hygiene.
- Drive sales and service metrics by recommending products, rebooking services, and converting consultations into retail purchases.
- Maintain an active, state‑required license for performed services and adhere to all health, safety and sanitation protocols.
- Provide personalized client consultations, build lasting client relationships and educate customers on product benefits and application.
- Support a collaborative, inclusive store culture and follow company policies to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping experience.
- Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail periods including nights, weekends and holidays and meet the weekly minimum hours for part‑time staff.
- Active cosmetology/esthetician/makeup artist license valid in the jurisdiction where services are performed (mandatory).
- 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or service environments preferred; entry‑level candidates with strong skills may be considered.
- Strong knowledge of current beauty products, services, trends and application techniques.
- Proven ability to deliver personalized client service and to build client loyalty through follow‑up and rebooking.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule and meet punctuality and attendance standards.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Active professional license required; 1–3 years’ experience in a beauty services role or in retail/hospitality is preferred but entry‑level candidates with strong client skills may be considered.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational certification or training in cosmetology, esthetics or makeup artistry is desirable.
