1. Deliver professional beauty services in the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application, following Sephora’s service menu and hygiene protocols.
2. Drive store performance by selling products, rebooking beauty services and converting service clients into repeat customers.
3. Provide expert, personalized consultations that educate and empower clients about products, trends and at-home routines.
4. Maintain active professional licensure and ensure compliance with local health, safety and sanitation standards.
5. Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented store culture and uphold Sephora’s operational and customer service standards.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application in the location where services are provided.
2. 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
3. Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and to build lasting client relationships.
4. Availability to work retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet the minimum weekly shift requirement for part-time schedules.
5. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties in a standing, retail environment.
