1. Deliver in‑store beauty services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu (makeup application, waxing, false lash application and other licensed services) with impeccable technique and hygiene.
2. Drive sales and client retention by recommending products, closing transactions, and rebooking beauty appointments.
3. Maintain active professional licensure and strictly adhere to health, safety and sanitation protocols.
4. Provide personalised consultations, educate clients on product usage and trends, and build lasting client relationships.
5. Contribute to a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork, supporting store goals and brand standards during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

1. Active, state‑approved license enabling provision of waxing, makeup and false lash application where services are performed.
2. 1–3 years’ experience in a comparable role or in retail, hospitality or client‑facing service environments.
3. Demonstrated product knowledge across makeup, skincare and beauty treatments and an ability to translate trends into client recommendations.
4. Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills; reliable punctuality and ability to meet scheduled shift requirements.
5. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and hands‑on service tasks for extended periods.
