1. Provide exceptional beauty services including makeup application and waxing as per Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
2. Drive sales by recommending and selling beauty products to clients.

5. Ensure compliance with company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
6. Meet flexible scheduling requirements, including availability during peak retail hours.

1. Active license to provide beauty services such as waxing and makeup application in the state of employment.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$24.00 - $29.40 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
