1. Provide and rebook beauty services to achieve store goals.
2. Perform makeup, waxing, and other beauty services as per Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
6. Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
7. Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours, especially during peak retail operations.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state of employment.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team-oriented with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$24.00 - $29.40 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
