1. Provide and rebook beauty services, assisting clients and selling products to achieve store goals.
2. Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork, ensuring a positive client experience.
6. Adhere to company policies and contribute to a safe, secure shopping environment.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state of employment.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team player with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

$24.00 - $29.40/hr, depending on qualifications and experience.
