Sephora Licensed Beauty Advisor

- Deliver professional beauty services in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash services.
- Drive sales and service KPIs by recommending products, rebooking services, and building long-term client relationships.
- Maintain active state licensure and adhere to all hygiene, health and safety protocols and company standards.
- Provide personalised client consultations, educating clients on products, trends and application techniques.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and support team objectives during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Ensure reliable attendance and punctuality; meet the minimum weekly shift/hours requirement for part-time roles.
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup application and false-lash services in the state where services are performed.
- 1–3 years of experience in a comparable role or in retail, hospitality or service-oriented environments.
- Demonstrable product knowledge of prestige beauty brands, trends and application techniques.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-driven, client-first orientation and a collaborative mindset.
