1. Perform professional beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false‑lash application and other treatments listed on Sephora’s Beauty Services menu) to deliver personalized client experiences.
2. Drive commercial results by recommending products, selling and rebooking beauty services, and contributing to store sales objectives.
3. Maintain active professional licensure and adhere to all health, hygiene and safety protocols during service delivery.
4. Educate clients on product benefits and current beauty trends to build long‑term relationships and encourage repeat visits.
5. Support a culture of inclusion and teamwork by collaborating with colleagues, following Sephora standards, and contributing to a safe, welcoming store environment.
6. Work flexible schedules and cover required shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. Active state license valid for waxing, makeup and false‑lash application in the state of practice.
2. 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or service environments; proven ability to deliver face‑to‑face client services.
3. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, techniques and current trends.
4. Demonstrated consultative selling skills and ability to build client loyalty through personalized service.
5. Reliable availability to meet the minimum weekly shift requirements for a part‑time schedule (15–29 hrs/week) including evenings, weekends and holidays.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
