1. Achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
2. Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other offerings from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and uphold hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork, fostering an environment of openness and empowerment.
6. Adhere to company policies to create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state of employment.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team-oriented with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
4. Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$19.80 - $26.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
