1. Achieve store goals through beauty services, client servicing, and product sales.
2. Provide makeup, waxing, and other beauty services as per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and uphold hygiene and safety standards.

1. Active license to provide beauty services in the state of employment.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team-oriented with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

$21.75 - $28.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
