Sephora Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part-time)

- Deliver face-to-face beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false-lash application and other services on Sephora’s Beauty Services menu) with professional technique and attention to hygiene and safety.
- Drive sales and service results by recommending products, rebooking clients, and converting consultations into retail purchases and repeat appointments.
- Maintain current state licensure and strictly apply health, safety and sanitation protocols for all services.
- Educate and inspire clients by sharing product knowledge, trend information and tailored routine advice to build loyalty.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture by supporting teammates, participating in store initiatives and maintaining punctual, reliable attendance during peak hours.
- Active cosmetology/esthetician/makeup license (or other state-required credential) permitting waxing, makeup and false-lash application in the state of employment.
- 1–3 years’ experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments (entry-level candidates with relevant experience considered).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized consultations and build lasting client relationships.
- Availability for required weekly shifts including nights, weekends and holidays; able to meet part-time scheduling minimums (15–29 hrs/week).

1–3 years of client-facing experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a similar environment; entry-level candidates with licensing and demonstrable customer service aptitude will be considered.
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of cosmetology, esthetics or specialized makeup training preferred in addition to required state licensure.
