Sephora Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part-time)

Sephora is a global prestige beauty retailer and experiential destination, offering a curated assortment of makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools alongside in-store services. 1. Deliver professional beauty services in the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing, and false-lash application, in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
2. Drive store performance by selling products, rebooking clients, and achieving individual and team sales goals.
3. Provide personalized client consultations, educate customers on product benefits and usage, and build lasting client relationships.
4. Maintain active licensure and adhere to all health, hygiene and safety protocols while upholding Sephora’s operational standards.
5. Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented store environment and assist with store floor duties during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash services in the state where services are provided.
2. Availability to meet required weekly shifts for a part-time schedule (15–29 hrs/week), including nights, weekends and holidays.
3. Ability to maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
4. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or service environments, with demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and meet sales objectives.

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetician or related certification preferred.
