1. Deliver professional beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false eyelash application) according to Sephora’s Beauty Services menu and hygiene standards.
2. Provide personalised client consultations to assess needs, recommend products and services, and drive product sales and service rebookings.
3. Achieve individual and store performance goals through selling, rebooking, and client retention activities.
4. Maintain active professional licensure and consistently apply health, safety and sanitation protocols.
5. Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented environment by supporting colleagues, sharing product knowledge, and participating in training.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup, and false eyelash application where services are provided.
2. 1–3 years of experience in a licensed beauty services role or in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
3. Demonstrated ability to deliver personalised client service and build lasting client relationships.
4. Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, techniques, and effective product presentation.
5. Ability to meet scheduling requirements (availability for nights, weekends, holidays) and to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
