Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Drive sales and achieve store targets by recommending products, rebooking services and converting consultations into purchases.
  • Provide personalised client consultations that build long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Maintain active licensure and consistently follow hygiene, health and safety protocols during services.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented store culture and assist with daily retail operations to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Active, state-recognized license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state where services are delivered.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a beauty services role or in customer-facing retail, hospitality or service environments.
  • Availability to work required weekly shifts including nights, weekends and holidays; dependable punctuality and attendance.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds while performing duties.
