1. Deliver professional beauty services including makeup, waxing and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
2. Provide personalized client consultations, recommend products and rebook services to support store sales and service targets.
3. Maintain active professional licensure and consistently apply health, hygiene and safety protocols.
4. Stay current on product knowledge, trends and techniques to educate and inspire clients.
5. Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented store environment and uphold Sephora’s operational and customer service standards.
6. Meet scheduled shift commitments and be available during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays).

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash services where the role is performed.
2. 1–3 years’ experience in a beauty-service, retail, hospitality or customer-service role (entry-level candidates with relevant training may be considered).
3. Demonstrable product knowledge across makeup and skincare and familiarity with current beauty trends.
4. Proven ability to deliver personalized client service and build long-term client relationships.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, maintain punctual attendance, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
