1. Provide and rebook beauty services to achieve store goals, including makeup and waxing services as per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
2. Educate clients on beauty trends and product knowledge to enhance their experience.
3. Maintain active licensure and uphold hygiene and safety standards.
4. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork within the store.
5. Ensure adherence to Sephora standards and create a safe, secure shopping environment.
6. Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and be available during peak retail hours.

1. Active license to provide beauty services such as waxing and makeup in the state of Tennessee.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
3. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.

1. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
2. Team player with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
3. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
4. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of experience in beauty services or a related field.

$19.80 - $26.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
