1. Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing, and false‑lash application per Sephora’s services menu.
2. Drive store performance by selling products, rebooking clients, and meeting individual and store service targets.
3. Maintain active professional licensure and adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
4. Educate and advise clients on product selection, application techniques, and beauty trends to build lasting relationships.
5. Contribute to an inclusive, team‑oriented environment and support company policies that ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
6. Fulfill scheduled shifts and remain available during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, and holidays) as required for the role.

1. Active state license authorizing waxing, makeup, and false‑lash services where services are performed.
2. 1–3 years’ experience in a beauty services, retail, or hospitality environment; experience delivering in‑store beauty services preferred.
3. Demonstrable product knowledge across makeup, skincare, and lash services and the ability to communicate recommendations clearly.
4. Reliable availability for required weekly shifts (Part‑Time: 15–29 hrs/week) including nights, weekends and holidays.
5. Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
