1. Deliver professional beauty services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application.
2. Drive retail results by selling products, rebooking beauty services and achieving individual and store sales targets.
3. Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs, recommend products and design service experiences that build long-term client relationships.
4. Maintain active professional licensure and adhere strictly to hygiene, health and safety protocols for all treatments.
5. Contribute to an inclusive team culture by supporting colleagues, sharing product knowledge, and promoting a welcoming in-store environment.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state of employment.
2. 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or within retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of beauty products, techniques and current trends.
4. Ability to meet scheduling requirements including nights, weekends and holidays, and to maintain punctual, reliable attendance.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1–3 years in a beauty services, retail, hospitality or client-facing role, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating proficiency in makeup, waxing and client service.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of cosmetology/esthetician training and any state-required certifications for beauty services.
