1. Deliver beauty services per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including professional makeup application, waxing, and false eyelash application.
2. Drive sales and service metrics by recommending and selling products, rebooking beauty services, and building long-term client relationships.
3. Maintain active licensure and consistently follow health, safety and hygiene protocols.
4. Create an inclusive, welcoming environment; collaborate with colleagues to meet store goals and promote a positive shopping experience.
5. Work flexible hours to cover peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application (required).
2. 1–3 years' experience in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
3. Demonstrated product knowledge of beauty categories, trends and techniques.
4. Proven ability to deliver personalized client service and build repeat clientele.
5. Availability for flexible scheduling, punctuality and consistent attendance.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1–3 years' experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a related customer-facing role; demonstrated ability to meet sales and service targets.

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a cosmetology or esthetician program preferred.
