1. Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application in accordance with Sephora’s services menu.
2. Drive retail and service results by educating clients, recommending products, rebooking services and converting consultations into sales.
3. Maintain active licensure and strictly adhere to health, safety and sanitation protocols for client treatments.
4. Provide personalized client consultations to build long‑term relationships and a loyal clientele.
5. Support a collaborative, inclusive store culture and contribute to team goals and KPIs.
6. Be reliably available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet required weekly hours for the role.

1. Active state license permitting waxing, makeup and false‑eyelash application where services are performed.
2. 1–3 years’ experience in a beauty services, retail, hospitality or other client‑facing role.
3. Strong command of contemporary beauty trends, product knowledge and service techniques.
4. Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized service, build rapport and drive retail conversion.
5. Punctual, dependable and able to meet Sephora’s scheduling and attendance expectations.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
