1. Deliver professional beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false-lash application and other services listed on Sephora’s Beauty Services menu).
2. Drive sales and service revenue by booking and rebooking beauty appointments, recommending products, and converting consultations into purchases.
3. Provide personalized client consultations, educate customers on product benefits and application techniques, and build lasting client relationships.
4. Maintain active licensure and adhere strictly to hygiene, health and safety protocols and store standards.
5. Contribute to an inclusive team culture, supporting colleagues and promoting Sephora’s values and customer experience standards.
6. Be reliably available for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holiday peak periods.

1. Active, state‑appropriate license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services will be provided.
2. 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or service environments.
3. Demonstrated product knowledge across makeup, skincare and beauty trends and techniques.
4. Proven ability to deliver personalized client service and build long‑term relationships.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and client service tasks for extended periods.
