1. Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing, and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s service menu.
2. Drive sales and service results by booking and rebooking appointments, recommending products, and converting consultations into purchases.
3. Maintain active state licensure and strictly adhere to health, hygiene, and safety protocols for all treatments.
4. Educate and inspire clients on product benefits and beauty techniques to build lasting relationships and repeat business.
5. Contribute to an inclusive, team‑oriented store environment by supporting colleagues and upholding Sephora operational and customer service standards.
6. Work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays and meet required minimum weekly shifts for part‑time hours.

1. Active cosmetology/esthetician license (or equivalent) authorizing waxing, makeup, and false eyelash services in the state of practice.
2. 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
3. Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends and application techniques.
4. Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build client loyalty.
5. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays and meet attendance/punctuality expectations.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
