1. Deliver professional beauty services—makeup application, waxing and false-lash application—consistent with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
2. Drive sales and client retention by recommending products, rebooking services and building personalised client relationships.
3. Maintain active state licensure for all provided services and adhere to health, hygiene and safety protocols.
4. Remain current on product assortments, industry trends and brand techniques to educate and inspire clients.
5. Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and support company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.

1. Active cosmetology/esthetician license in the state where services will be performed (required).
2. 1–3 years’ experience in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality or service environments.
3. Demonstrated ability to deliver personalised client service and meet sales/rebooking targets.
4. Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds.
5. Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time/flex scheduling.

1–3 years’ experience in a comparable beauty services role or in retail, hospitality, or service-oriented positions where client service, sales and product knowledge were core responsibilities.

Cosmetology or esthetics certification/license required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
