1. Provide and rebook beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products to achieve store goals.
2. Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
4. Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork within the store.
6. Ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience by following company policies.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in Pennsylvania.
2. 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
3. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
4. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
5. Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$21.75 - $28.00/hr
