1. Perform beauty services in the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing, and false‑lash application according to Sephora’s services menu.
2. Provide personalised consultations to educate clients on products, techniques and trends; recommend and sell product solutions.
3. Book and rebook beauty services to drive repeat visits and help achieve store sales and service targets.
4. Maintain active licensure, uphold health, safety and hygiene protocols, and ensure service areas meet company standards.
5. Contribute to an inclusive team culture, collaborate with colleagues, and support store operations during peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

1. Active, state‑valid license to provide waxing, makeup and false‑lash application where services are performed.
2. 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service industries.
3. Demonstrated ability to deliver personalised client service and build lasting client relationships.
4. Availability to work required minimum weekly hours and be present during peak retail operations (nights, weekends, holidays).
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform hands‑on services for multiple clients per shift.

1–3 years’ experience in a beauty services role, or equivalent experience in retail, hospitality, or client‑facing service environments.

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of relevant cosmetology, esthetician or beauty certification and active state licensure.
