1. Deliver professional beauty services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing, and false eyelash application.
2. Conduct personalized client consultations to assess needs, make product and service recommendations, and build long-term relationships.
3. Drive sales and service rebookings to help achieve store targets; effectively convert consultations into product sales and future appointments.
4. Maintain active licensure and adhere strictly to health, safety and hygiene protocols for all treatments.
5. Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture by supporting teammates and promoting a positive client experience.
6. Remain current on product knowledge and beauty trends; share expertise with clients and colleagues.

1. Active state license to provide waxing, makeup and false eyelash services in the state of service.
2. 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments; entry-level candidates with strong client-service skills and licensing may be considered.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of beauty products, techniques and trends, with the ability to translate that knowledge into client recommendations.
4. Reliable availability for retail peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and ability to meet minimum weekly shift/hours requirements.
5. Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and performing hands-on beauty services throughout a shift.
