1. Deliver makeup, waxing, false-lash application and other services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu to individual clients.
2. Drive store results by rebooking services, recommending and selling retail products, and achieving individual and store targets.
3. Provide personalised client consultations, educate clients on products and techniques, and cultivate lasting client relationships.
4. Maintain active professional licensure and adhere to all health, hygiene and safety protocols while performing services.
5. Contribute to a collaborative store environment that promotes inclusiveness, punctuality, and reliable attendance during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application in the state where services are delivered.
2. 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or within retail, hospitality, or service environments.
3. Ability to meet required weekly shift minimums for a part-time schedule and to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
4. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with a service-driven, team-oriented mindset and a demonstrated aptitude for learning and sharing product knowledge.

1–3 years of experience in a comparable role or within retail, hospitality, or service industries; demonstrated ability to deliver personalised client service and meet performance targets.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of esthetics/cosmetology coursework is advantageous alongside the required state licensure.
