1. Deliver professional beauty services—makeup application, waxing and false-lash application—consistent with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu and hygiene protocols.
2. Drive sales and service revenue by consulting clients, recommending products, performing services, and rebooking follow-up appointments.
3. Maintain active licensure for all required services and adhere to health, safety and sanitation standards at all times.
4. Provide personalised client consultations that build long-term relationships and translate product knowledge into tailored routines.
5. Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and operational standards.

1. Active, state-required license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash services in the location of employment.
2. 1–3 years’ experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a client-facing service role; entry-level candidates with appropriate licensure may be considered.
3. Demonstrable product knowledge across makeup, skincare and lash care and an ability to educate clients effectively.
4. Reliable availability for retail peak periods including evenings, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
