1. Provide in‑store beauty services including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
2. Drive sales and service rebookings by delivering consultative client experiences and recommending products aligned with client needs.
3. Maintain an active professional license for services performed and strictly adhere to health, safety and hygiene protocols.
4. Uphold Sephora’s operating standards and policies to create a safe, welcoming and enjoyable shopping environment.
5. Contribute to a culture of inclusivity and teamwork; participate in trainings and share product knowledge with colleagues.
6. Meet scheduling requirements for a part‑time role (15–29 hrs/week), including availability for peak retail hours, weekends, nights and holidays, and demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance.

1. Active, state‑issued license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services are rendered.
2. 1–3 years’ experience in a similar beauty services role or in retail, hospitality or service environments.
3. Strong, demonstrable knowledge of skincare, makeup and fragrance products, trends and application techniques.
4. Proven ability to deliver personalized client service, build long‑term client relationships and meet sales/service targets.
5. Collaborative team player with a capacity to learn quickly and share product knowledge effectively.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
