1. Deliver professional beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
2. Drive retail sales performance by recommending products, converting consultations into purchases, and rebooking clients for follow-up services.
3. Provide tailored client consultations to assess needs, educate on products and techniques, and build lasting client relationships.
4. Maintain active licensure and consistently apply health, safety, and hygiene protocols for all services.
5. Support store standards and policies to ensure a safe, welcoming, and on-brand shopping experience.
6. Contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in training to stay current with product launches and beauty trends.
7. Adhere to scheduled shifts, maintain punctuality, and be available during peak retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup, and false eyelash application where services are rendered.
2. Demonstrable knowledge of current beauty trends, product categories, and service techniques.
3. Ability to meet the minimum weekly shift requirements and maintain reliable attendance.
4. Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as required by stock and merchandising duties.

1–3 years of experience in a beauty services role or a customer-facing position within retail, hospitality, or the service industry; experience with in-store beauty services preferred.
