1. Provide and rebook beauty services, contributing to the achievement of store goals.
2. Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
6. Ensure adherence to Sephora standards and company policies.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in North Carolina.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team player with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$19.80 - $26.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
