1. Drive store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
2. Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and uphold hygiene standards by following health and safety protocols.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
6. Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$18.20 - $24.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
