1. Drive store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
2. Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
4. Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
5. Foster inclusiveness and teamwork to promote a culture of openness.
6. Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe shopping experience.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state.
2. 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
3. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
4. Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
5. Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$21.75 - $28.00/hr.
