1. Deliver professional beauty services in the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing, and false-lash application according to Sephora’s service menu.
2. Drive sales and client retention by recommending products, performing services, rebooking appointments, and building lasting client relationships.
3. Maintain active state licensure for required services and adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
4. Stay current on beauty trends, product assortments, and techniques to educate and empower clients.
5. Promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture and support adherence to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
6. Work a flexible schedule to cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet the required weekly shift minimum for full-time status.

1. Active, state-issued license to provide waxing, makeup, and false-lash services where services are performed.
2. Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build client loyalty.
3. Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform hands-on services for extended periods.
