Sephora Licensed Beauty Advisor

- Deliver professional beauty services in the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing, and false-lash application according to Sephora’s service menu.
- Drive sales and client retention by recommending products, performing services, rebooking appointments, and building lasting client relationships.
- Maintain active state licensure for required services and adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product assortments, and techniques to educate and empower clients.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture and support adherence to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Work a flexible schedule to cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet the required weekly shift minimum for full-time status.
- Active, state-issued license to provide waxing, makeup, and false-lash services where services are performed.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build client loyalty.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
