Operated within the Selective Distribution group of LVMH, Sephora combines in-store experiential retail with digital innovation to deliver client-focused beauty consultations and treatment services.

1. Perform in‑store beauty services including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application in accordance with the Beauty Studio menu.
2. Deliver personalized client consultations, educate clients on products and techniques, and build long‑term client relationships.
3. Drive sales and service revenue through product recommendations, service rebooking and follow‑up.
4. Maintain active professional licensure and adhere rigorously to hygiene, safety and sanitation protocols.
5. Support a collaborative store environment that promotes inclusiveness, punctuality and teamwork.
6. Work scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet required weekly minimums.
7. Handle merchandise and service equipment safely, including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

1. Active state license to provide waxing, makeup and false eyelash services where services are performed.
2. 1–3 years of relevant experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a service environment.
3. Demonstrated product knowledge across makeup and skincare, and familiarity with current beauty trends and techniques.
4. Strong client service orientation with proven ability to build rapport and provide personalized recommendations.
5. Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays; punctual and dependable.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1–3 years in a similar role or experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment; experience performing makeup, waxing and lash services preferred.
