1. Deliver professional in-store beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and false-lash application in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
2. Drive sales and service revenue by consulting clients, recommending products and services, and rebooking follow-up appointments.
3. Maintain active licensure and rigorously follow health, safety and hygiene protocols for all services.
4. Foster an inclusive, client-centric environment through personalized consultations and collaborative teamwork.
5. Adhere to company standards and policies to ensure a secure, compliant and welcoming shopping experience for all guests.
6. Meet scheduling and attendance expectations, including availability for nights, weekends and holiday peak periods.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash services where services will be provided.
2. 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or service environments.
3. Demonstrated product knowledge across makeup, skincare and beauty tools, with an ability to educate and upsell.
4. Proven ability to deliver bespoke client experiences and build lasting client relationships.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform salon services for multiple clients during a shift.
