1. Deliver professional beauty services including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application according to Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
2. Drive service and product revenue by educating clients, rebooking appointments and executing consultative selling.
3. Maintain active professional licensure and consistently adhere to health, safety and sanitation protocols.
4. Provide personalized client service to build lasting relationships and enhance client retention.
5. Contribute to a collaborative store culture that promotes inclusiveness and team-oriented results.
6. Uphold Sephora operational standards, policies and a secure, welcoming shopping experience.
7. Work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application in the state where services are provided.
2. 1–3 years’ experience in a licensed beauty-services, retail, hospitality or service role (or equivalent).
3. Deep knowledge of beauty products, current trends and service techniques.
4. Proven ability to deliver consultative, personalized client experiences and meet sales/service objectives.
5. Reliable availability for peak retail hours and consistent punctuality and attendance.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
