1. Lead the development and implementation of omni-channel promotion capabilities across the enterprise.
2. Design and build full-stack solutions across APIs, services, and UI layers using AI-based code assistants and object-oriented design principles.
3. Integrate AI/ML-based capabilities for intelligent campaign targeting, rule recommendations, and fraud prevention.
4. Collaborate with architects, technical leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure system design, architecture, security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
5. Participate in sprint releases with a focus on timely delivery and quality.
6. Mentor engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and pair programming.

1. 8+ years of experience in planning, designing, developing, and delivering enterprise solutions.
2. Strong experience with Java/J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.
3. Experience in designing and managing RESTful APIs using JSON.
4. Experience with cloud-based applications using microservices architecture, preferably on MS Azure.

1. Proficiency in full-stack development involving JavaScript and React.
2. Experience with AI developer tools and integrating AI APIs into applications.
3. Knowledge of Istio service mesh, Feign client, Prometheus, and Azure logging.
4. Experience with queueing and streaming solutions such as Kafka and Coherence.
5. Proficiency with MySQL, MS SQL, and NoSQL databases.
6. Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and other DevOps tools.

8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise solution development and architecture.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

The annual base salary range for this position is $173,610.00 - $192,900.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
