1. Partner with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to introduce intelligent, autonomous quality engineering practices.
2. Serve as a strategic thought leader and hands-on technical expert in applying Agentic AI to the software development lifecycle.
3. Define and implement autonomous, intelligent systems to enhance quality and accelerate software delivery.
4. Provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship in developing Agentic AI-driven quality solutions.
5. Design and implement AI agents for requirements analysis, code generation, test scenarios, and automated test scripts.
6. Integrate AI-driven quality checks into CI/CD pipelines with DevOps and SRE teams.
7. Lead innovation pilots and proof of concepts, evaluating emerging AI/ML tools.
8. Establish and maintain MLOps practices for the AI lifecycle, including model training, deployment, and monitoring.
9. Coach and mentor technical teams on leveraging Gen AI and Agentic AI for productivity and quality improvements.

1. 5+ years of experience with GenAI models and Agentic AI concepts.
2. 5+ years of experience applying AI/ML solutions to development, quality engineering, and DevOps workflows.
3. 8-12 years of experience with observability tools and CI/CD systems.
4. Proven ability to develop strong alliances and manage globally distributed teams.

1. Deep understanding of GenAI models and Agentic AI concepts.
2. Proficiency with cloud platforms and AI/ML toolkits.
3. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in relevant fields, including AI/ML, cloud platforms, and observability tools.

The annual base salary range is $173,610.00 - $192,900.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
