Sephora Junior Store Supply Analyst

1. Manage a portion of the Open-to-Buy (OTB) for specific stores, ensuring timely and accurate purchasing.
2. Ensure efficient store replenishment to meet demand, seasonal trends, and commercial targets while minimizing stockouts and optimizing inventory levels.
3. Monitor store performance indicators such as stockouts, inventory coverage, and turnover rates.
4. Conduct stock analysis and propose corrective actions in cases of overstock or stock shortages.
5. Collaborate with commercial, demand planning, logistics, and store teams to align supply strategies.
6. Utilize automatic replenishment tools (e.g., MRP, DRP, Relex) where applicable.
7. Ensure inventory accuracy and address discrepancies in store stock levels.

1. Intermediate English proficiency (preferred)
2. Proficiency in Excel
3. Previous experience in retail or consumer goods (preferred)
4. Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis tools (preferred)
