Sephora Junior Store Supply Analyst

1. Manage part of the Open-to-Buy (OTB) for specific store purchases.
2. Ensure efficient store supply, maintaining product availability in line with demand, seasonality, and commercial targets.
3. Monitor store performance indicators such as stockouts, inventory coverage, and turnover.
4. Conduct inventory analyses and propose corrective actions in cases of excess or shortage.
5. Collaborate with commercial, demand planning, logistics, and store teams to align supply strategies.
6. Utilize automatic replenishment tools (MRP, DRP, Relex, etc.) where applicable.
7. Track inventory accuracy and advocate for adjustments of problematic items.

1. Intermediate English proficiency (preferred).
2. Proficiency in Excel.
3. Previous experience in retail or consumer goods companies (preferred).
4. Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis tools (preferred).

1. Analytical skills for inventory management.
2. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
3. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
4. Problem-solving skills for supply chain challenges.

Entry-level experience, ideally within retail or consumer goods sectors.
